How to Initiate a Refund:
If by any chance you decide one of our products isn't for you, you can easily request your money back by sending an email to support@royalconfidante.com. We will only accept one unopened bottle for a full refund. Please send all sealed items and the one unsealed item back in original packaging for a full refund to be issued. We will accept refunds up to 180 days after purchase date. Shipping is at the expense of the buyer and you will not be issued a refund for shipping charges. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to appear back in your account.
